Today, we are a leading provider of serviced accommodation solutions in Northern Europe, with a clear focus on flexible, cost efficient long stay housing for B2B customers. Forenom specialises in accommodation for stays of 30 nights or more, supporting both corporate assignments and project‑based needs. Our solutions scale from housing for individual professionals or relocating families to accommodation for hundreds of project workers travelling on a regular basis. While long stays are at the core of what we do, we also support shorter accommodation needs when required. Our portfolio includes over 9,000 move‑in ready, fully furnished apartments and extended‑stay accommodation units across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany, generating more than 2.3 million overnight stays annually. Currently, Forenom operates 22 aparthotels, 18 hostels, and 66 multi-unit apartment properties. Alongside our own portfolio, we also arrange new accommodation capacity for larger or fast‑growing projects, enabling us to support clients even in locations where housing availability is limited. Flexibility is embedded in how we operate. We provide an accommodation offer within 48 hours, adapt solutions to changing timelines and project scopes, and work through local teams with strong market knowledge in every operating country.
